The wheels appear to be an exact replacement for the wheels on the stool I received from Harbor Freights. The main problem with wheels is that the nuts are aluminum. For example, if you hit an obstacle while rolling, the resistance would probably load the nut enough to slip it off. A steel nut would be much better. The original wheels also had aluminum nuts. I should mention the problem I had with my order, not the product itself. They only sent me one wheel. Revain responded very quickly and sent out another order, again with just one wheel. I reported the discrepancy to Revane. I don't know if the product description or the dates on the box were wrong, but be aware.
