I took a chance on this based on some of the other reviews saying after a few month it did not work properly. The first few months it worked like a charm. Then about 5/6 months even with a full charge it would not always dispense the soap and then it would randomly disperse soap even if noone was around in the area -even in the middle of the night I could hear it go off dispersing soap. It is almost as if the times I tried to used it and it failed it would 'make up for it' and random times. Which leaves a mess to clean up as well. I am very disappointed and it is going it the trash as it works 10% of the time now.
