When starting the pump, the water did not start flowing from the right place. At the same time, the machine was buzzing, shaking and puffing. We read the reviews of other users, realized that we were not the first with this problem and called the support service. They responded quickly and understandingly. It was recommended to turn on the pump in short jerks, and try to create water pressure in the supply (for example, using a syringe). Since the machines have been in storage for a long time, and then it’s hard for them to draw water into themselves when they are dry. Having tried the method of switching on in jerks, I noticed that the water stretches into the tube, but immediately flows out of the machine back into the tank. Having decided that the machine is faulty, they created a return request. The car was returned with no problem. Fired up the same new one. With a new machine, I decided not to risk it, and immediately turned it on, quickly poking at the pump button. The water was sucked in, and the machine began to work quietly and pleasantly. The machine itself works well and in general, in terms of use, it turned out to be no worse than the GARLYN L70. The only difference is that there are no automatic modes, and you have to determine by eye when it is enough to drive water through coffee.
