Before ordering this car charger I read a lot of reviews and researched information on the Medela website. I have found that most people have no idea which car charger they really need for their particular device. This leads to a lot of frustration and negative reviews. To find out which car charger/adapter you need, you need to visit the Medela website. Go to Products >> Accessories >> Power Options. You see wall chargers and car chargers. There are three car charger options. These options are: 9 volt, 12 volt and Symphony charger. After clicking on 9 volts or 12 volts, under "Features and Benefits" you can find out if this charger is compatible with different Medela models. In addition, they also have the actual part numbers of each car charger. The 9 volt charger is P/N 67174, the 12 volt charger is P/N 67153 and the Symphony is P/N 67173. I used this information to order the specific charger I needed. . So I searched the internet for a Medela 67174 car charger/adapter. Revine had the cheapest option. My first choice was perfect. It is currently used 4 times a day and has been working for over 3 weeks. I have a Medela In Style Advanced model. If you're still unsure or in doubt about whether you need a 9 volt, 12 volt or Symphony car charger, simply order them all and return the one that doesn't work for you.
