Almost a week after I bought the ASUS VivoBook 15 I wrote a negative review. My complaints: terrible screen resolution, slow processing, poor audio, keyboard sensitivity, and other issues. ASUS replied that they were "gutted" by the negative reviews and I deleted my post (I almost never leave negative reviews but I think I should do it for the Revain community). I learned to use this clumsy, poorly built machine. Today, almost a month after purchasing this device, the screen automatically turns off when not plugged into a power source, and from searching the web I understand that this is a recurring issue with ASUS that ASUS customers seem to care about can not help . With. Time to get negative (again). Please save yourself the pain (and money) of buying this really bad product. I bought it to replace an Apple MacBook because I wanted Windows. I wish I never had it. I'd happily return this piece of junk to see if I could get a warranty on it, but I might be happier throwing it off a cliff.
