It took a few minutes longer than expected for the traditional license plate frame. If you are patient and follow the instructions, you will be rewarded with a great installation. I've owned over 90 cars in my life. Too bad I didn't think of this silicone product. Put them on two of my SUVs. Jeep has a plate style and layout where it doesn't work as effectively. Both of my SUVs look great but there are subtle scratches from regular license plate holders cutting into the paint. I used a cutting paste to clean the surface and then waxed it before installing it. I wish they were offered in more colors.
