Quadcopters and multicopters learn best

How to setup this drone in Betaflight thanks to Joshua Bardwell (very helpful YouTube -video teacher), I learned a few things. First, it's extremely tough as he's seen crashes at 55-60 mph before. It takes a lot of time to learn how to update the software, its flight controller is fine, although the f4 processor line is showing its age and leaves no room for better software. The 4-in-1 speed controller is disappointing as it is blheli_s (old) and not supported by blhelisuite32. I've already had to replace the engine (not after a 55-60 crash) which is disappointing as they are quite expensive. When I bought this I also bought a t12 pro jumper under the impression it would be tied to a crossfire receiver. This didn't happen and I had to buy an external transmitter module to make it work. (After spending several hours pondering why it's not working). All in all it was fun and flies quite well after being inundated with everything there is to learn when you first started your hobby. 4 stars for how fun it is and minus 1 for the time in my life I won't come back because I have to learn everything on YouTube+ by trial and error.

Pros
  • NEW X-Geometry frame for best freestyle performance, 6mm arms, stronger 360° TPU protection and antenna mounts
Cons
  • Zero
