I received three packs of 3x. I am a plus size woman. They are very comfortable for me and I like the padding which is easy to remove if needed. My bra size is C44 and my shirt size is 2x/3x. I'm 5f6 and about 310 pounds. I got them for work and they are very comfortable. I especially like how it covers the sides and curls back well without rolling. Hope that helps.
