Fa la la la la, la la la la It was a total impulse order. I don't drink much, but my friends do, and I wanted something fun for our next D&D game. It arrived on time, well packaged. Great box with fun graphics. All items are individually wrapped and a nice little drink. Book This is where it gets even better; I thought something was missing in the packaging. It turned out not to be, but I called support before I knew it. I left a message on their cool sounding voicemail around 8am and they promised to call me back. At around 11:00 they called me back. A lovely gentleman from his obsession with customers: I received a call from the department asking for a photo and emailed in response. Everything is done very quickly and with a real sense of customer service. Give the highest rating but the product itself is perfect and as amazing as the company itself is your set.* I base my purchases on customer reviews.
