Worth the money on my review.

I bought these bands for pull-up assistance. They work great and seem to be good quality. I'm confident when I put my foot in them they are not going to snap while I'm doing a pull-up. I've found lots of other exercises to do with them. They come in a bag that you can throw into your gym bag.
