I don't use my hot tub very often, but when I did I noticed a few black clumps that came out after the jets were turned on. I bought it based on the reviews and value for money. I turned on the water heater to keep the water very hot, added 2 ounces of this cleaner, turned on the jets and saw an oily orange goo come out after a few seconds. After 15 minutes I had a noticeable oil stain around the tub and a floating island of oil on it. I kept the injectors running for 5 more minutes but it didn't get any worse so I stopped at that point. I drained the water and refilled the tub with clean water, turning on the jets for another 5 minutes to rinse everything off. Otherwise nothing happened. The thing works! The bottle is 16 oz and each treatment is 2 oz so I still have 7 more treatments in this bottle. This will last for years. Clean your bathtub with it and prepare to be disgusted with what's inside.
