Don't forget to twist your legs to tone up!
I got this to create a home version of video conferencing - I put my laptop on the platform (it weighs about 2lbs) so we can use the camera and my TV to see the entire room to "zoom". It worked like a charm! One thing I struggled with until I went back and read the Revain description is that you had to rotate the legs to tighten them - it's not obvious so I'm highlighting this for other people.
