Review on πŸ’Š Premium Ester-C Vitamin C 1,000 mg: Get Your 120 Coated Tablets Now! by Eden Smith

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Sure, they're inexpensive... But...

First of all, I've had them for years and they've served their purpose. But that's because I'm the original cheap son of a bitch. I think you shouldn't spend more money than you need. So I didn't... And sometimes I suffer the consequences. My doctor told me to take 3000mg of Vitamin C per day, one morning and one evening, along with High Potency Ascorbic Acid (also on Revain FYI) added to my morning vitamin drink which hits the spot. I consider myself an "immune person" because most of the time in the two years I've been on this regimen I haven't gotten sick. As an added bonus, it also boosts my bladder pH and I no longer get bladder infections (FYI I'm paralyzed and very prone to bladder infections). The problem I find with these pills is that they are too dam big and get stuck in my throat. A couple of times I sat at Starbucks out of breath and thought I had to call an ambulance. So I have a pill splitter that splits the pills in half. Unfortunately, these tablets are not easy to split as most of the time they break down into dust or small pieces. Sure, I get a big serving, but I'm not sure I'm getting my full thousand milligrams. The fact that I am now battling a cold tells me something has changed. I assume that is the reason. So I found capsules that are said to be easier to swallow and now I'm going to get them. If you're cheap and have a throat that can handle big pills, this is for you. Otherwise be warned.
