I like that it's able to track my calls/emails through different stages of an interaction (from first contact all the way until final conversion).
Also very helpful for managing multiple projects from one screen! There are some features we were looking forward to but never implemented because they didn't have enough demand or interest among our users. We're still using NTLeads as part of several internal campaigns so far this year; however there isn’t any specific campaign feature yet which would be beneficial to us specifically - just general tracking across various channels has been useful thusfar. Tracking lead interactions via email / call throughout entire funnel process was extremely valuable during implementation phase when figuring out what works well within each stage.
