I like the idea of this item. I just think the washcloths and rags are too big or too thick to use for cleaning pots or dishes. I end up spraying soap and water everywhere. I've found scrubbers do a great job of removing scale from the tub after bathing my dogs, although many parts of the scrubber have come loose. I'm still trying to love washcloths - no more smelly sponges. Perfectly cleans worktops and other large surfaces. Napkins do not replace paper towels as I have paper towels for a variety of non-cleaning purposes. I'll probably try another brand if I find ones half the size.
