Oh my god, what a difference! I have an amazing TENS machine and I used the electrodes that were given to me with the machine. Then I have it! WOW. The difference feels like the difference between using my TENS unit at 1% battery versus 100% battery. More juice, work harder And the best part is: NO HOT SPOTS! With others I felt that it was too concentrated in one area (the center) now it's evenly distributed across the electrode. And lastly, it lasts a long time. Just keep it free of dirt and make sure your skin is clean before applying. And after using it about 3 times, put a few drops of water on your finger and wipe the electrode with it after use (then peel off the transparent backing until next use). This allows you to extend the life of the electrodes!
