I get an error code 7 every time I try to use it. Unfortunately I fiddled around too long and the return window is closed now. Hopefully someone out there will have a solution to the error code 7.PENDING:I have been promptly contacted by the vendor after my inquiry. They are presently sending a replacement battery to hopefully solve this issue. They have been very reasonable and fair to deal with. I will further update after I install the replacement batteryFINAL NOTE: The second battery did not operate without the error code 7. This Is most likely a compatibility issue. AC Doctor Inc. was the most absolutely responsive company I have dealt with. They were quick to respond. They were quick to resolve. They were quick to refund when it ultimately did not work (due to compatibility NOT that the battery was bad.it was not bad). I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future for my battery needs.
