I bought it to use with Lenovo Tab M10 2nd Gen. I wasn't expecting the full functionality that often comes with pens, like ignoring palms and the like. However, the pen doesn't seem to register very often. I've tried it on my tablet, phone and several similar devices just to make sure it's not a tablet and nothing. The stylus is on and fully charged, but it just can't send the signal that the touchscreen is picking up. I'd say look at other stylus pens if reliability is a big issue.
