I've been using this chair for half a month, the impression is very mixed. Pros: 1. I like the design. Luxury, modern and classic appearance. It is very attractive in classic style, not in 2. Durability It is relatively heavy, no matter how I roll and twist it seems very stable.. Armrest It is in 4D function armrest Up-Down, Forward-Backward, Left-Right and turning. They also have cushions built in which allow for more flexibility and comfort. Cons: 1. Headrest This is such a huge downside for this chair The position of the headrest is right on the shoulder blades there are tons of reviews of other chairs with a removable headrest pillow and lumbar support that one would wish if built into a chair, and this chair did, but the position is just odd for people 6ft and taller, and I can't imagine that it is comfortable even for those under 6 years old as the shape for the neck and head is not natural for sitting or lying down. This is the main disadvantage that can overshadow all pluses.2. Height. Personally, I have no problem with the overall height of this chair as I'm 6ft 1in and my feet are completely touching the floor. However, this is actually a conflicting design with the #1 scam I made above. If this chair is intended for those under the age of 6, they will find it difficult to fully touch the floor with their feet when seated fully reclined without additional leg support. This is a very strange combination.3. Base. It's not metal, which offers an extra level of luxury and durability. I would expect that at this price.4. Noise. Maybe this is an exception for me. I have enough experience installing chairs as I have done it for most of my family members and myself including my office chairs. I've made sure all the screws are tight, but so far this is the only chair I've had, when I turn it it makes a subtle squeak. It doesn't bother me much, but I would have preferred it to be quieter. Overall I'm a bit disappointed with this product and still doubt if I will return it. Atlantic seem to be trying to do the right thing and for the most part they are very good but as this is their only line of Gen 1 gaming chairs they have some flaws that are hard for customers to overcome if we above all pay attention to comfort different.
