I use them for a very different purpose than lining the front console and fold down armrest cup holders in our cars. They soak up all the sticky drips and spills, making it so easy to detach and rinse under the tap for cleaning (much easier than trying to get leftovers out of nooks and crannies in a recessed hole). Custom liners for use in car mounts are ridiculously expensive (and still flat so the area will end up overflowing anyway) so they work much better for multiple cars at a fraction of the cost. There was a lot to share and I would buy them again if needed, but I don't see that as a problem as they seem to be very durable.
