They seem to help me fall asleep faster

I definitely have trouble falling asleep at night and I know I'm in front of my computer quite a bit so thought I might give them a try. They seem to help a little. It's hard to say because I've tried a lot of different things and since it's cool here in Arizona my best nights sleep may simply be due to cooler weather and no air conditioners or fans running all night. I will say they are a bit heavy and drag my glasses a bit. I also saw a scratch when I first opened the package, but it's in a spot that doesn't affect my vision. This type of coating doesn't make everything look yellow.
