I like how my account manager goes above and beyond with customer support! They are always willing to help me out when ever i need it. Sometimes they can be slow at responding but overall its great. My only complaint would have to be that sometimes there isn't enough inventory available so you may get charged double or triple what your supposed to pay if not careful. If you're looking for an agency that will do everything for you then this might not be the one for you. We were able to advertise our website more often than before which was nice since we were getting low impressions.
