I love how easy it has made our recruitment process! We are able to quickly connect with candidates from all over Australia without having them physically come into Brisbane for an interview/meeting which saves both time & money in addition to being much more convenient (and less stressful). It can sometimes be slow at times due to load - but this seems like common issue when using any website these days so not sure what we could do differently there? Definitely recommend considering if you're looking to simplify your recruiting processes or streamline communication between recruiters / applicants etc. Recruitment of new staff members who fit perfectly within their role as well as communicating effectively across different levels throughout my department & team-mates via daily standups etc.
