This was a gift for my 16 year old daughter who loves to bake and together we made delicious lemon tarts. The set is well packaged, the rings are high quality and durable. The instructions were clear and the ingredients simple and the baking weight, piping bag and nozzles are all professional quality. The thermometer was a bit large and difficult to mount in a small pan as it had to be 1 inch from the bottom of the pan when making the meringue. All in all I would highly recommend this quality kit especially during Covid and staying at home - such a fun time with kids too.
