I recently purchased 3 pair of these bamboo socks in black. They are exactly what I was looking for. They are lightweight, yet comfortably warm without making my feet hot. I needed socks that covered my ankle and went slightly up the leg to prevent show of skin between shoe and the bottom of my pant leg when I sat down. The socks don’t slide down into my shoes but, I do pull them up on occasion. I purchased the 6-9 size and they fit my size 6 1/2 foot very well. The heel conformed to my foot. They are on the expensive side but, I think they are worth the price and plan to buy more.
