very very thin but pure

I use gold leaf and silver with hot glass. I ate it exactly once and it was unexpected when it appeared in my desert. I used the experiment sheet. Gold usually colors glass light pink. Somehow I managed to catch it without melting it. No hint of pink though. Impurities color the glass black (e.g. soot). You can see from the photos that this didn't happen (nothing particularly interesting to observe, but notable for the absence of black soot). It's a very good hand and difficult to handle. It sticks to everything it touches. Just a word of warning. I have leaf tweezers, which are flat-tipped tweezers. It was also a little cumbersome to use. I was expecting one of these clear glass beads to turn pink since a small bunch was trapped. but I suspect it just melted into the glass, and because it's so thin there wasn't enough gold to vaporize it. I wonder if I can ever capture him again (without melting)? I work a lot more with silver than gold, but it's nice to know I can get gold leaf when I need it without spending a fortune. but I think it just melted into the glass, and because it's so thin there wasn't enough gold to vaporize.
