Love love love this tofu press! Now that I've finally found a great recipe for crispy tofu, I didn't want to go with the usual "put a block of tofu between plates, put something heavy on top and now wait". I didn't want a lot of parts to go with it. When I saw the photo of this side tofu press, I knew I had to try it! Pros: Easy to use, no mess (I put the long side press on the curved plate), it gets all that extra stuff. Moisture, I get better tofu in an hour than a couple of hours, it can be washed in the dishwasher without disassembly, it comes with two kitchen towels and multiple recipes, it's fun to use! Cons: none Also, it's really nice to support a small business! I don't usually like appliances or kitchen utensils that serve only one purpose, but I use these at least once a week.
