Not the most comfortable chair. The chair does not support the marketed 400lbs, at 285lbs the air cylinder was junk by the time the 2 year parts warranty expired. After a short wait to contact the seller, the pneumatic cylinder was initially not replaced due to the lack of warranty. I then bought another pneumatic cylinder from another seller with a 1000lb capacity and a 6 year warranty. and put it on a chair. However, after I replaced the pneumatic cylinder, the seller still decided to replace it and I kept it as a spare. But they only replaced it when I explained that the chair was purchased as a "reasonable fit" to continue working under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
