I was surprised by Apple music with lossless support, even though the codecs in headphones and on the phone cannot transmit so much data wirelessly, but the difference is still felt, in comparison with music, the sound is more detailed and seems cleaner. I understand perfectly well that Airpods are not Hi-Fi and for the same price it is easy to find headphones that are superior in everything except deep integration into the Apple ecosystem, as a gadget it gives very positive emotions. I consider this model quite successful, so I did not wait for the ate and purchased it.
