The best option with front zip post surgery
I have tried several different post mastectomy bras and this one is the best. He works very little. I was 34 years old before the surgery and needed to achieve a large size; lots of compression in a big one. Maybe you could get away with a medium fit for training as well, but the medium was too tight after the surgery. Choose this bra over molded and woven fruits. I didn't have any problems with the zipper so this might be an issue if you have a large bust.
