Unfortunately I have been buying nutcrackers for quite some time - about 40 years - and unfortunately your product is the cheapest nutcracker I have ever seen. It's very thin and small and I wouldn't even use it as an addition to a Christmas present. I suggest you look at nutcrackers that are made in Germany to get a better idea of what they actually look like and what they are. Also make sure that the lower jaw that rises and falls is in line with the top of the mouth. Mine was really far away. Looks like this nutcracker needed dental work. Overall I would not recommend it to anyone as it is now in production.
