Customer support is very limited

Bought half a dozen BrightSign Media Players. The company offers over a dozen 3-7 minute training videos that explain how to plan and communicate online. No phone support. Email support only lasted 2 messages. There is no solution to a very simple request for help with a video! Supposedly comfortable - not my experience!
