Review on Skechers Women's Zero by Darin Merriwether

Wow! Great arch support, comfy insole, buckle straps...nice too.

Wow! I am pleasantly surprised at how comfortable these sandals are. I have never worn this brand. First, these are relatively inexpensive shoes, and I had doubts about their quality and convenience. So far, so good. That's what I like about them and what I don't. You inflate my ego. I usually wear a size 7½ or sometimes a size 8, but on these sandals, a size 7 fits the way a size 7½ normally fits. The insole is nice and comfortable and also perforated. I was afraid all those little holes would irritate my sensitive feet; however, they do not interfere. The pad and heel height is just enough for my heel spur to behave and not complain. The 1 inch heel is perfect for a casual summer look. The straps are also wide enough to hide my bursitis but not irritate. Buckles instead of the velcro straps that are common on sandals. They look great and are easy to customize if needed. The skin is a bit rough and I was afraid that might be a problem. No, I was wrong again as it doesn't feel stiff on the legs. The leather is slightly worn but I think that gives it character... or something like that! Oh yes, these sandals have amazing arch support. When I first tried them on I thought they were too high for my feet; However, this is not the case. Actually it's super awesome!
