Powerful hair dryer but a bit heavy for my taste

Unfortunately due to some medical complications my wrists are pretty weak. Because of this, I always try to keep my morning routine shorter. My hair is very fine and thin, but very long. Because of this, it takes me forever to dry my hair as I can't process everything at once. I saw this hair dryer and was very satisfied. I was hoping for more power to dry my hair faster, but maybe with a little less heat. I've found that with other dryers, the higher the fan speed, the less heat I need to dry them fairly quickly. Since my hair is very thin, it also gets damaged easily by heat. Because of this, I prefer to dry my hair on high speed and medium heat. I was very disappointed that there was no middle setting. I was pleased that even the low setting was quite powerful for this dryer. However, I am sure that the reason for this performance is that the motor is so big, which makes it quite heavy. While this hair dryer definitely cuts drying time compared to my other hair dryer, it's a lot heavier so my wrists still hurt afterward so the gain wasn't as big as I was hoping. The handle of the dryer is very comfortable to hold, making it very easy to hold with a good hand when in use. I especially appreciate this as I apply the product to my hair many times before drying it which can make my hands slippery than usual. I like the travel bag very much. I have a very small house and my bathroom barely has room for anything I really want to keep in it. For this reason it is much easier if all the supplied parts can be snapped together in one bag without losing it. I have very long hair so I never need a concentrator, but I use a diffuser all the time. Overall I think this is a pretty good hair dryer, but I would appreciate it if it were a bit lighter. I also think it should have multiple heating and power levels, maybe 3 or 5 each for the price they charge for it.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • No paint needed
