This is a great product to add sparkle to any suit. I'm 5ft 9in, 185lbs and the belt fits perfectly. The base is made of chiffon and looks well made. Well sewn, no fraying. I will be using this detail in two upcoming burlesque shows and each strand of fringe is a row of sequins, I'm excited to see how good it looks. it holds. Otherwise the product arrived as shown in the photo with just enough fringe for full coverage. Not scarce and not rare. Definitely satisfied with the cost, the quality of the goods and the timeliness of receipt!
