Good base unit in a battery tester
Enter the CCA of the battery to be tested (listed on the battery) then press enter. Gives the green light if everything is ok. A quick way to determine if the battery is bad. There is no point in wasting time and electricity on charging garbage or starting the engine, for example for a stranded motorist with a dead battery.
