I've been looking for a replacement headset for a long time and made the right choice. While this is convenient and the audio quality received is excellent, my biggest concern is how my voice will transfer to the caller on the other end (that was the biggest problem with the old phone I had; people said it sounded when I would be all time on speakerphone). When I asked the same people about the sound quality, people said it was a huge improvement and one said it sounded just like I was on a landline. This is what I'm looking for! Also, the processing speed of my voice seems to be faster, while the other voice experienced a half to one second delay, which could be extremely annoying as we tended to step on each other during the conversation. I have two problems: 1) The tactile surface, while pleasant, collects dust and scratches making it visually unattractive, but who but me will notice? 2) It comes with a dedicated USB charging socket (see attached picture). I can't stand standard charging connectors! This requires me to take it everywhere or buy extras to have them in all the different places I might need them, in the office, in the car, in my travel bag, etc. Except additionally if something happened to him I would not use the standard charging cable as a last resort. It's a real disappointment, but I'm not letting it get me down. Other than that it's a great headset and I'm giving it 5 stars on the headset alone as the sound quality is paramount.
