The goods worked perfectly for the first 9 months. After about 9.5 months, the computer's battery started saying it wasn't charging. I had to move the cord between the outlet and the brick and it worked a couple of times. Now the lights are out and it's just a brick. This PSU fell 3 feet when the home office was moved to carpet and then again when replacing a faulty monitor. I have another power supply, but that was the main home office power supply. Three months ago and that would have been a 5 star rating.
