Review on Soft Solid and Printed Leggings for Girls by Carolina Whipple
The liquor is NOT soft in my opinion
We ordered four pairs of these leggings. White, turquoise and black colors are soft as butter. Strangely, dark blues are starched, rough, and uncomfortable. We triple checked but it's the same brand. Strange!
