Ioniq & Prius best in my review
After trying out a half dozen apps, the only one that worked without paying was Car Scanner ELM OBD2.I used the Bluetooth OBD on iOS for my 2019 Hyundai Ioniq and 2008 Toyota Prius hybrid, both vehicles my old OBD would not work on.The OBD worked great once I found the right app and figured it out.
