Size is best for teens although you can probably use it for primary school by tightening the velcro on the back. However: 1) I bought mine from Suningxinst. They stick an inventory sticker on the top (nice side) of the edges and that sticky residue may never come off completely. It would be better if they wrap the hat in a plastic bag and put a sticker on the bag, or omit the bag and just use a sticker that isn't extremely sticky. 2) The fabric is in pleasant colors but stiff. Do you remember seeing the lenticular image? They show one image when you look at it, and then show another when you rotate the card at a different angle. The fabric feels almost the same. 3) There are no ventilation holes, so it may get hot. Inside is a black fabric "bracelet" but you probably don't want to wear it in the summer. 4) Tailoring quality is poor. One side of the unbranded velcro on the back was almost ripped off when it arrived. Luckily I have a leather needle (a regular needle isn't strong enough to go through hard material) and I can sew it back on, but I'd happily pay another $2 to avoid that. Getting it right would probably cost them less than 50 cents a hat, but the company should be careful to inspect the product and refuse to sell hats that need repairs.
