Review on NadiaLabs Turbo Stool Fusion: Adjustable Height Toilet Step Stool with Foot Massager - Revolutionary Ramp Design and Universal Fit by Mary Brown

I used to have a squat pot but I need something adjustable to sit on legs under the floor. This item works great for the most part and has eased my bowel movements. The only problem I have is that when you slide the stool back under the toilet, the footrest can slip off easily. My main concern was the packaging, I received the product as is with an attached picture outside the box it was sent in. There was no branded packaging and the accessories came in a zipped pouch with a plastic tie to hold the footrest together. I'm worried the product might be used (ugh!) but I'm too lazy to return it.
