They were very professional in their approach to my project - they listened carefully through all stages of our brief process, and took time to understand what we needed and how best to achieve it. The team was excellent at keeping us informed throughout and always kept us updated. Project management can be difficult but this team handled everything very well! I really enjoyed working with them as a client; they have such great attention to detail that you don't get bored during meetings. Their knowledge is exceptional, so having someone there who knows exactly what's required is brilliant for projects like ours where things change from day to day. No issues specifically about Atelier works, however there were many other agencies involved which meant communication could sometimes suffer slightly. Great people to work with though, highly recommended.
