Create powerful customer interaction using Chatfuel

I like the ability to create a chatbot that can talk to customers and ask them questions. The ability to create a chatbot that can understand natural language and respond to questions is great. I dislike the fact that the chatbot has to be reprogrammed every time a new update is released. It also takes a long time to create a chatbot. I would recommend creating a chatbot for a small business that is looking for a way to interact with customers.
It is a great way to get feedback from customers and find out what they are looking for. It allows me to create a chatbot that can talk to customers and ask them questions.

Pros

There’s plenty you could do if it was working correctly, but when trying more than one customer support issue per day we experienced delays in our work output because many agents were constantly waiting at least five minutes before getting back into an agent pool so as not make another mistake or error prone interaction while doing other things
