I replaced the old Ignitor I series manifold with the new Ignitor III and it has made a world of difference! The engine went from sluggish and struggling to responsive and powerful. I feel a significant increase in power at all revs and the engine wants to rev up much faster. The only thing that confuses a bit is the rev limiter. I followed the instructions exactly and set the limit at 6700rpm I believe, but while driving I noticed that the engine cuts out abruptly at 5000rpm. I'll have to do some research to make sure it really is the rev limiter and not something else, but this left me a little disappointed. EDIT: I found that the problem is not with the rev limiter but with the valve springs. These were the wrong springs for the cam and caused the valve to float. I have since installed a second Igniter III on my other hot rod and the results are just as impressive. The highest plug-and-play performance money can buy
