I like that it includes all of our programs; and we even have a CRM in place for our customers. It's easy to navigate and has helped us keep track of our rewards. We also use this for our customer service department as well so its great! Nothing at this point - it does everything we need. If you are looking for something simple to use by salespeople or staff, this may be right up your alley. And if you're looking to get away from paper, then this might be a good fit for you.
