Absolutely perfect. Non-stick coating and my pancakes turn out perfectly. Whether you want to make pancakes or pancakes, fry bacon, fry burgers, or simply defrost frozen fruit, this is your pan. I made french toast this morning without butter. The best frying pan I've ever bought. With a quality construction, I'm sure it will last. If I could give 10 stars I would. Love it!
