The customer support is very responsive, fast to answer questions via email or chat! They have an excellent dashboard for monitoring your website's performance metrics as well. Some of my customers complained that I couldn't use any custom domains with them (my clients' websites can be found at example1example2etc). This was not their fault though - it seems like this limitation has been there since they started using cloud servers about 4 years ago so we're stuck having funiogoodhosting without being able fix it ourselves :( Maybe you could get better luck? We were looking into moving from another hoster where our sites did work fine but had some technical limitations; such problems are solved here by far :D.
