These buds are very good if you don't move too much. I bought these for gym use as my ipod headphones were pretty worn out and needed replacing. I went shopping and decided to go with them. They give you two extra sizes (to fit) but so far I've only used the ones he was wearing when I got them. When I'm at the gym they vibrate and it makes the music in my ears jump and is very annoying. If I can get the cord (very decent length) to stay still then I'm fine - but I bought these for the gym so it's time for more shopping. If you sit back and buy them if you're going to jam then I suggest you throw them away.
