Review on Hanes Pullover EcoSmart Fleece Sweatshirt Men's Clothing in Active by Eric Rodriguez

I ordered a product (a white hoodie) and when I first received one of the strings you pull on the hoodie it was broken. Replacement requested (Revain customer service is very good). As soon as I got the second one I checked the strings, they were perfect but the part was DIRTY. I've tried washing to remove the dirt and now the stains are less visible, but it still sucks for a new item to arrive like this. I really wanted it and it only cost $14 so I'm not asking for a refund or any other replacement but it sucks that you the customer expecting a brand new perfect item and can't get it. I ordered a medium size and it fits. great, yes it seems cheap and it's not super bright white (like the one in the photo I was looking for) but I'll leave it because of the price.
